This 30,000 sq.ft. Steelway building was erected by CMB for Aveiro Constructors. This state-of-the-art Municipal facility was built to house road works equipment and township maintenance staff in offices. This building features an insulated metal panel wall system and roof system. Some key features include an overhead crane for mechanical repairs and maintenance as well as a fully sealed hot wash bay for trucks returning to the yard.
